When he does this Tom starts to tense up showing that he doesn't wish to reveal any information. It tells the audience that Tom actually may know something to how people have been dying and who wants the money.

In another part Liam Neeson needs to get the doctor on the plane over to the cockpit. When he does this Liam Neeson and the doctor are speaking quietly to show the audience that what they are speaking of shouldn't be heard by the other passengers.Then Riley stands up and yells at Liam asking questions telling the audience that Riley wants everyone to know what is being said and the information to go public. When Riley follows Liam, Liam throws him to the wall and talks quietly so that Riley then learns that the information can't be said loudly.
